"Food is what you’d expect. Just wanted to make a note about table service. We were queued up before the restaurant opened (about 5:00am) with about 40 other patrons. We were 2nd in line but we were one of the last served. Took over an hour to have a simple breakfast, not including the wait time in the queue. Not great if you have a plane to catch and queued up early just see 30 other people around you eating their meal when you went through the door before them. The restaurant should probably think about putting a system in place to circumvent this in the future. Otherwise fine."

Restaurant was very busy but we didn’t wait that much for our food…fish and chips was really tasty, our waitress was super fast and helpful.

Great service, good food, the cappuccino needed flavour but my avocado on toast with extra mushrooms was very tasty. My husband loved his breakfast bap minus the egg. An easy 4-stars.

Well expectations were low from start to do breakfast at Airport and they delivered as per expectations . Tried their veggie breakfast and the best thing out of all was avocado. The veggie sausage was cold from inside and rock solid to cut.

Burger so so bad. Tasteless and horrible texture. The bread is so dry! Salad was not washed. Gave two Stars instead of one because we enjoyed the drama of the front of the house team arguing because of this waitress complaints that she was serving all the tables.

Had the Giraffe hash which was not bad at all. For eggs Benedict they have a chilly hollandaise which makes it a bit different. Busy restaurant with queues before being seated so do allow time to wait for service and food. There isn't much choice at Terminal 5, Giraffe is not a bad option.

Low wait time and decent enough food. The service is what stands out. Despite the place being quite full, we were attended promptly and the food was served within fifteen minutes. We ordered the beef burger and giraffe special chicken wings and a coffee. Food was good but definitely avoid the coffee!

Excellent breakfast whilst waiting for our flight to board. Have eaten at Giraffe several times, usually in Kings Cross, but was happy to see one in Heathrow. Had a lovely , reasonably priced, fresh and tasty breakfast. Mine was smoked salmon and sourdough. My partner ordered eggs with ham and both dishes were amazing. Service was efficient and friendly, even though it was very busy. Very recommended for value and freshness out of all the cafes on offer in terminal 5

I had a great experience here. We ordered and got our food in under 10 minutes and were very pleased by that. As far as airport food goes, it passes the standards for both being healthy, fun themed, and decent taste. We had a long layover the chairs were comfortable, so we sat with some tea for an hour after eating and were not rushed. We were also able to get the bill quickly when we were ready to leave. Healthy food (not greasy), good service, cute decorated space, solid 4 stars.
