"The restaurant is conveniently located in the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet and has attentive, friendly staff. The food is decent, though a bit overpriced for what you get - think TGI Fridays but more expensive with smaller portions. Annoyingly, they tack on a 10% 'optional' service charge regardless of party size. I was surprised to find this additional charge of £9 buried in the middle of the bill, making it difficult to spot at first glance. By the time I noticed, it was too late as I had already paid. I suspect they rely on customers not noticing or feeling too awkward to question it. I believe this practice of adding hidden charges without clear consent should be illegal. I will not be returning to this restaurant to be taken advantage of again. Once bitten, twice shy."

Had a late lunch. Crab burger/beef burger cappuccino. The beef burger was excellent 8/10), the fries were superb (9/10) and the cappuccino perfect (10/10). Service ok. Thanks to Jack Kat.

Yesterday decided to have breakfast at this place, I had the smoked salmon , which was so bland , portion was tiny, I paid a almost a tenner for what, a piece of toast, with a few pieces of measly size fish.

The restaurant was extremely busy, but the service was excellent. We were made to feel like we were the only customers, even though it was during lunch rush. The food and drinks were served quickly and were of high quality. Speisekarte ansehen

Me and my friends go every week before work. A good range of breakfast options and wonderful friendly staff. They also do amazing food all round, from mains to desserts. They cater well to kids, not much more to say! Lovely place

What is it? Not sure what this restaurant is trying to do it’s not really got an identity serving raw squid to burgers which I found strange. Portion control was a joke mains came out like starter plates, staff pleasant but it was just very...

Planned a late lunch during our shopping visit. Dave our waiter was courteous and took our order and food arrived promptly. Part way through lunch my partner suffered a severe nose bleed that ultimately lasted over 20 minutes. Nothing was too much trouble for Dave.... Speisekarte ansehen

The friendly staff at this establishment is a definite plus, making it a great place to visit. Unfortunately, the rodeo burger I ordered for £15 was quite basic and lacked substantial meat, which was disappointing. You may have a better experience at a chain pub instead.

My husband I have been here for breakfast on 2 occasions have had the Maple Pancakes which are delicious- definitely the best pancakes we have eaten in a long time. Unfortunately my hot chocolate didn’t taste nice, I was unable to drink it, hence the 4 stars not 5. But we highly recommend the pancakes.
