"scoperto durante il lungomare, ci siamo fermati una sera per mangiare una pizza. come ci piace. visto il menu abbiamo deciso di tornare per la cena del giorno successivo. Purtroppo tutti i piatti erano a base di pesce e mia moglie non è amante del pesce, quindi stavamo per partire. Prima di alzarci, abbiamo fatto sapere al cameriere della cosa e questi ci hanno tranquillizzato dicendo che la cosa è finita. hanno offerto paccheri alla norma. Bene, per me ho preso dei calamari fritti ed e' la prima volta che ho mangiato dei bei calamari. E' stata una grande scelta."

"Piccolo ristorante a Sferracavallo che si differenzia dagli altri per sobrietà e una scelta gastronomica che include tradizione e innovazione. Pietanze delicate, non troppo sapide ma gustose. Tra i secondi anche un ricco piatto vegetariano, pesce e carne. Ottimi antipasti. Tra i dessert ci è molto piaciuta la mousse di ricotta. La seduta in veranda essendo vicino la strada può essere a tratti disturbata dal traffico, gli interni sono gradevoli, semplici e sobri. Il personale si è preso cura e anche se non impeccabile, ci ha dato le attenzioni necessarie. Siamo già tornati. Si consiglia di prenotare, pochi i tavoli disponibili. Prezzo medio alto buon rapporto qualità prezzo, abbiamo speso € 40 a persona con vino"

"I gave three stars only for the kindness of the staff and for the location, after which I do not find it acceptable to wait an hour and a half two pizzas when you arrived at and and already the majority of the conviviviali should have already had their reach, but from a look to the present people was not so. I do not find it acceptable to pay in addition a euro for mushrooms and to find just mushroom bits.... also an acceptable mushroom cut. the same location I'm sorry to have to admit it is beautiful only to see itself as if then you find the chair on a piece of unconscious ground then you think about it and you think it's just a visual pleasure. elegance is also lost with that very poor fake grass mat, you can do better. Finally, and here could be a very personal goto, the pizzas were not a great deal. for those who love pizza a little thick, with crispy edges and well cooked then it does not for you. you can grow with little too because the location is fascinating. a last note the weeds along the way to get to the pizzeria would need a little more care."

"Again, let me reiterate I have been a Chef in high standing restaurants for 11 years. I have been in 2 Michelin environments and I must say, without a doubt this is one of the best meals I have had in my entire life. From the starters of a simple octopus , marinated in lemon, olive oil and parsley. The fried calamari and octopus so delicate and flavourful The pasta with sea urchin which completely blew me away with depths of flavor which we find so hard to replicate The pasta vongole , ever light with subtleties of the ocean from the fresh clams caught this morning The dish of the day Pasta con il gamberi , a beautiful bisque like creamy sauce only achieved by the master of the Chef they have , with the skill to create the perfect emulsion of Sicilian olive oil and prawn stock , which made me silently cry as I wolfed it down. The service was better than I could've imagined , feeling like I was completely at home personally better than my home , I am at a loss for words to describe the emotions I have experienced while eating this amazing art Thank you Chef , I will keep striving so long as you keep cooking!"
