The food is delicious, but the delivery time is absolutely ridiculous! I was initially told it would take 45 minutes when I ordered online, then it was pushed to an hour. Now I'm at 1.5 hours and still haven't received my order. This is the second time this has happened with this restaurant, so I have to blame myself for trying again. Honestly can't beat it on price. when I opened up the ribs they didn't look great but wow the amount of meat and the taste was the best and they give you more than most aswell. Salt and pepper chips could maybe a bit more flavoursome but I'm not going to mark down for that due to the quality of everything else. I took a 1 star review down a few weeks back after a refund but will do no such thing now. Ordered the food at 7pm and it arrived at 8.32pm with no communication or apology whatsoever about the delay (website said 45 minutes). Beef fried rice portion was the smallest I've experienced since moving to Sale and the beef was stringy and tough. The chicken in the black bean sauce dish was gelatinous and gungy. Chips were good though but a small consolation for the all-round poor experience.
