We arrived in Umbria on a late evening and we were looking for something to eat. We stumbled upon this pizzeria which has a saloon kind of decor. We weren't very impressed by the looks but we were definitely impressed by the food. We got the 4 formaggi pizza and it was the best I've tried so far.

Very small premises, must be booked.. Obviously the tables in front of the door take a little cold.. Very good pizza, they make it thin and rather big. Vast assortment of craft beers, I recommend the Chocolate Porter for those who love dark beers.. We also took 4 mixed 4 small croutons with tomato.
