A wonderful place to relax after a long flight. Chris was an excellent server: professional and attentive. The green olives in the martini were a treat.

Come here every time I fly from T5. Great service from Xavier this morning. Good food and value. Very comfortable seating with USB and plug sockets for your use.

Just had a delicious breakfast at Gordon Ramsay at T5. Food was excellent and served promptly. We were looked after by a charming lady called Mary,she was very attentive and engaging. Service by Lidiane was excellent. Coffee was OK, too harsh for my tastes. Pain Chocolate was a massive disappointment, boring, below average, and for over £3 was a waste of money. If GR actually cared, then this little detail would be aced, so my conclusion is yeah nice gaff, good staff, **** eats and the coffee was just to over the top..

Plane Food at 5am first customer through the door and service was immaculate. Served within 15 minutes and had a great Full English Breakfast with Tea. My thanks to Mary in particular for being extra attentive and ensuring I had everything ahead of flight. If you are coming to Heathrow T5, definitely come here for good quality food and great service, even at 5am!!

We asked for a particular red wine from the menu, our waitress said, in case we don 't have it, do you want to make a second choice obviously, she new they didn 't have our choice of wine in stock and brought out our second choice! Clearly we should have been advised initially that our first choice wasn 't available, or alternatively offered a more expensive bottle after we chose the non stocked wine. I wander what Gordon Ramsey would have said faced with this issue! The chances are there would have been a few expletives beggining with F!! No complaints regarding the food, it was predictably expensive but nice. Come on Gordon, treat your customers as you would expect to be treated. Speisekarte ansehen
