3rd time now kebabs have turned up cold,I was told the delivery would be 1 hour to 1 and half....2 hours still waiting never again! Has turned up now with food missing joke

We have eaten from here many times. Don't bother getting delivery through just eat, phone and order directly or collect yourself. Highly recommend the piri piri chicken wrap and pitta. Quick service too. Speisekarte ansehen

If you are not planning to dine-in or place a delivery order at least 3 hours in advance, it's best to avoid this restaurant. They struggle with handling deliveries and are unable to provide refunds due to the fact that they do not process their own payments.

The worst thing you can find in a vegitarian meal is a lump of chargrilled lamb. Shows pretty poor kitchen practices. Speaking of which the food hygiene rating is not given, just a link to the food standards agency where they are not listed. Funny that as I'm sure they've been in business for years.

This place has been established for a number of years now but we only started coming here around 2 months ago as we never knew it was here! The place is super clean and the food is the freshest i have seen around compared to the other takeaways locally in the area 10/10 highly recommend the peri wraps to die for. Well done guys! Ordered a simple set of food for mine and my partners food and wow did it not live up to expectations. Food from here is usually ok however we rang for delivery which we were promised 1hr to 1hr 15mins (its now 2 hours and still no food). For £19 I expect better considering we only live in Tadley. Won’t be rushing back to here in a hurry, maybe spend more time on your service.

Since the outbreak of the coronavirus and Grillz offered no contact delivery it’s one of the best things ever I know they had problems of getting flour to make their lush naan bread but my order arrived within 30 minutes of ordering. Hot tasty gorgeous and delivered to my front door. I like few new things they have started to do and I can honestly say that they have never disappointed me any way Possible

Not quite sure what has happened here but they are so up and down with their quality and service lately. Last week I ordered a kebab with extra salad and chilli sauce on the kebabs as usual. When I got home the kebab had no salad and mint sauce on (which I loathe). I could not be bothered to go back to change as I had been waiting ages before receiving my order. When they opened a few years ago, they were a great asset and 10 times better than the other kebab shop in tadley, sadly like a lot f businesses once established, quality and service declines.
