Lovely afternoon tea with friends for my birthday food. Food and service was outstanding as always. A special thank you to the young man who served our table. I think most od us will be back.

Went for Afternoon Tea with three friends. What a lovely place, the waitress was delightful, friendly and polite. The food was delicous and a good selection of savouries, one friend is vegetarian and she had a good selection. The cakes were mouth watering and the scones were still warm. Would definately recommend their afternoon tea and will be going again.

A great place to visit. We enjoyed a family meal for 7 and the service was first rate. The menu for Sunday lunch covered all of our different tastes and the portions were ideal. Price of the overall meal was reasonable. We were treated to a number of taster glasses of wine by the owner who was looking for customer feedback . I stayed at the park view and ate in this fabulous restaurant every day. I would highly recommend the truffle mushroom and brie tart and the prawn and crayfish linguine is to die for! After 2 of my 3 courses one evening I was offered desserts, I explained I was not in a particularly Sweet mood and so they prepared a lemon cake with fresh fruits specifically to suit my pallet. The service was above and beyond! Thank you Chef and the wonderful servers!!

Attended the adjacent West Park Hospital so decided to eat at Hamilton 's for my first time. Opened at 12-00 but I was at 11-00 but they kindly attended to me as the chef was on site. Only sandwiches were available for lunch which was disappointing. However I order their Hamilton Club sandwich with half pint of ale. The club sandwich was absolutely superb and filling as was the accompanying seasoned salad. While the menu price was over £8 they have a February special off of £5.95 for a sandwich and a soft drink or coffee tea which is what I was charged. My point of contact was Satveer, lovely lady who guided me through afternoon tea delivery. She took all notes abs she asked me occasion and also made some changes on menu as I am not ham or egg fan. As confirmed food was delivered on time and a perfect pretty looking tray. The first thing I noticed was they added “happy anniversary “ on the cupcake and I did not even ask for- absolutely loved it. Then I set it up on my stand and when we had it it was the most delicious afternoon tea we have had. The macaroon was the most amazing it just melted. The savory items were so fresh and tasty. Been to Hamilton’s a few times now, with my partner. We love the food and the service, every time. I can understand why some regulars might right a bad review after many good visits. Being treated consistently wonderfully at every visit and then not having expectation met on one, could feel like a real kick in the teeth. Like being jolted by a lover! The service is personable and caring at each visit but the absolutely best part of the experience is the food! We had one of their midweek special lunches at 5.95 for a posh sandwich, toasted or not or panini and drink. It was myself my daughter and a friend went there today to try their midweek special lunches . The sandwich and salad was really nice and the lady who served us was so polite , even when my friend who is a vegetarian, plus fussy and difficult with her eating did not want her sandwich as it was not what she thought it was after the lady had changed it to suit my her . The lady was more than happy to change it saying that she misunderstood even though it was more than likely to be my friends fault she can confuse people , even me after knowing her for about 20 years. Attended here for an afternoon tea with my son nieces and nephews for valentines day.. I had not precooked, however called on the day and they were able to accommodate us which was very lucky. The atmosphere is relaxing with a nice ambience.. but the afternoon tea is one of the best I have had in the West Midlands area. They provide a colourful array of cakes, sandwiches and delicious items to indulge. They also provided a child's version for my son who is 4, he enjoyed it and even ate my scone.. lesson learned eat my scone first...
