Was really nice, food was really good quality, service was incredibly fast and staff were really nice. This place has improved dramatically, will definitely visit again soon

Although the ordered eating was good, the service was somewhat poor. it seems that this restaurant needed to supply a sister restaurant in gloucester, with cooking and service staff, which means that our meal was much longer than expected. the rest of the staff cannot owe, but that had a great influence on the course of the evening.

It would be nice to have a designated adults-only area for those seeking a quieter dining experience.

We decided to try Snuff Mills for a change. When we arrived, it was a bit chaotic! The booking system was down, but we were seated right away. The waitress instructed us to place our drink orders, and we found ourselves waiting. During that time, we could overhear some of the staff discussing shifts and tables, and it sounded a bit tense. After about 25 minutes, a staff member came by to apologize for the delay and personal issues. Eventually, we received our drinks, and our meals, which were beautifully presented, followed shortly after.

To my surprise, the staff member claimed he thought we had left, which was simply not true—he had seen us sitting there multiple times. When I pointed out that we had been waiting right by him, his response was quite rude, implying it was our fault for not informing him sooner. I’m sorry, but it's not my responsibility to keep reminding you about a table I've already reserved. What makes his claim even more questionable is that when I approached him the second time, it felt like he was seeing me for the first time.
