Booked a table for three got there for 12.30pm, service was excellent,food was excellent area we sat in was spotless and our waitress Erin deserves all the praise for her service she worked really hard today.

absolutely disgusting steaks were so tough not cooked properly mixed grill was horrible sausage was hard and the chips were cold and we were sat for 25 minutes before we even saw anybody to say about our food AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS

Yes service not very good ,salad bar was very good main course very good as well ,biggest gripe was it was so very cold in the restaurant, my concerned is that we are booked for Christmas day but now considering cancelling because of the cold ,shame as love the restaurant. Speisekarte ansehen

The restaurant is situated in a wonderful location with views of the harbor. The staff were very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The food was delicious and even better than we had anticipated. Overall, it was an outstanding experience that we will certainly come back for.

Ordered a simple lunch of jacket potatoes with cheese an beans. Waited over 40 mins. When it came the Potato's weren't at their best black bits within an hard still. The staff did not seemed bothered, had to leave food inedible food uneaten. They Mumbled sorry as I paid for drinks an left.

The cooked breakfast at this restaurant was fantastic, with everything made to order and served piping hot. I want to give a special mention to Erin, who provided exceptional customer service with a smile and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I will definitely be coming back here again and highly recommend it as a great spot to enjoy a delicious full English breakfast. Speisekarte ansehen

We had a family birthday meal that unfortunately did not go well. We had to wait to be seated, wait to place our order, and wait a long time for both our starter and main course. It seemed like we had been forgotten and when we asked about our meal, we were told it was being prepared. However, it seemed like my husband's meal had been sitting out for a long time and was not heated properly. The onion rings were overcooked and burnt, the eggs were dried up, and the gammon and chips were cold. We sent the meal back and won't be returning to this restaurant.

Went on a weekday for lunch, my girlfriend has a buy a meal get one free offer. We booked for a Wednesday at 1:30. We turned up and it was busy however only about 3 staff on the floor serving tables. We waited about 20 minutes just to get shown to our table, the first table we were shown still had left over food from the previous people that had used the table. We were shown a clear 2nd table which we sat at, this had dry food on it, the cutlery had to be wiped on the spare napkin to be cleaned. The salad bar was great. We ordered chicken skewers and classic combo from the grill range. The chicken skewer turned out to be the driest chicken I'd ever tasted. The classic combo also had chicken...

nice eating, fresh salad, friendly, helpful staff, beth and the young man behind the bar that took our order (unfortunately I had not to mention his name). the young lady who served my salat did this with great care. I had Thai green curry (I was warned before it was (spicious) hot when I ordered) and my friend had sampi, it was all very delicious.
