Herbies Pizza Fareham

Ordered online and recieved incorrect pizza when collected. This is not the first time this has happened.

I've been here for years and I've never been disappointed. never had a bad experience and would recommend to anyone who thinks about buying a pizza from here.

My wife and I only order pizza from Herbies. We usually call to place the order and go and collect in person as it's very quick. They offer good meal deals. Highly recommended. Speisekarte ansehen

I must admit that we only use Herbies in the UK. Preferring a wood oven pizza, which are more generally offered in Europe. However, when we entertain our grandchildren we on occasion order two pizza's to collect at each for any size, which both...very good and great value.

The value is terrific, the food is absolutely delicious, and it's the best pizza in town. I always go for the BBQ Swallower with cheese crust every week. The pizza is incredible, packed with flavor, and the service is always quick. The garlic and crimson dips are exceptional. In my opinion, this place is even better than Dominos.

I ordered a pizza and sides for delivery. It didn’t arrive. Called later to be told it was now collection only. (Which I cant do as single mum with kids in bed) then they said they had delivered after all but left it on the...doorstep!!! I paid and ended up with no food and called but not willing to refund or re deliver . Absolutely disgusting attitude on phone. And no offer to compensate! Do not order from them. Speisekarte ansehen

I ordered some drinks and ice from Herbie's this week, but what was delivered was not what we ordered. Only a few items were correct. I called the restaurant to ask why they didn't send the right drinks. They said the items were not available. I can easily find them at other stores like Asda, Tesco, Booker, or Makro. The restaurant said it was not their problem and to contact the delivery service. If I don't hear back from them in the next few days, I will contact my credit card company for a refund.

"We recently discovered Herbies and have absolutely fallen in love with the pizzas at the Fareham location. However, tonight we tried to order the 'feed for everyone' deal, but were met by a very rude and unhelpful employee. Each time we tried to explain our order, we were given different prices that did not match the deal. Eventually, the employee abruptly told us to order elsewhere before hanging up on us. We have taken their advice and will be ordering from elsewhere in the future. Very disappointed in Herbies Fareham and would not recommend it to anyone."

Ordered on internet received at today, delivery at still waiting phoned and was told driver car had broken down would be minutes late, that was half an hour ago. Customer service doesn’t exist, tried to cancel and get my back but...he refused..........still waiting. Update phoned again was firstly told driver had left minutes ago, I told them to cancel it and refund me , he spoke to manager who said I can have a refund but had to go and collect my order!!! Driver just knocked on the door and I refused delivery. Will not use again, shame when the Sandhurst store was brilliant Speisekarte ansehen
