Delicious and good selection of dishes. Nice relaxing evening setting in a well kept garden. There is ample private parking.

Had dinner with friends. We had 8 people group. They did not have enought wine glasses and the dessert run over. A bit overlypriced. Never again

I enjoyed dinner on my first night here and it was nice to relax and unwind at the hotel for dinner. The service was impeccable and the dish was great!

The place itself with its lovely garden is really great. However the food which is served is rather averagy and does unfortunately not make good credit to the facility.

Staying at the Caiammari were the Hibiscus is based. Restaurant was quiet but the food and service were excellent. Meal of the day was meat served 4 ways glass of wine water and coffee for 45€. Considering the quality it was good value. Can be a tad expensive. Had deconstructed cannollo which was delicious.

We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant in order to avoid driving into the city. I ordered the pork tenderloin; my wife had the pesto risotto. Wow--this was one of the best meals we have had in Italy or Japan (which has some of the best Italian food in the world). The chef used things like balsamic vinegar to create very original and delicious flavors. Highly recommended.

This is a hotel restaurant but not at all typical of the bland, unadventurous food usually encountered in smart hotels. On the contrary, there is a thoughtfully chosen menu of Sicilian classics, some with a modern twist, all very carefully prepared. We had a lovely dinner here and it was very fair value for the quality offered. Very pleasant courtyard setting. And great service friendly, attentive with helpful advice. Unhesitatingly recommended.

Ate at this hidden gem of a restaurant 3 times whilst staying at a nearby hotel. Didn't disappoint. Excellent food, reasonable prices. Executive chef even took us back to our hotel (we walked there) as he was leaving at the same time as us and didn't want us to walk in the dark!!! Over and above any service we've ever received anywhere. And Giovanni, our waiter was absolutely lovely too. 5* plus. Highly recommended. Sician people are so friendly and welcoming.
