Great little place, really pleasant friendly staff and atmosphere. Great decor and pics and the food was delicious, went for late breakfast deffinantly recommend.

Oh I miss this place so much! Can’t wait for this dreadful situation to improve and for HSS to reopen its doors. I’m longing for the Social Smash and a Mrs C’s coffee!

I visit most weeks with family or friends. Service is prompt and friendly. Food is very tasty and portions large. I usually end up chatting for ages with old school friends etc. Great place x Speisekarte ansehen

Christmas Visit. Had brunch with the extended family in the week before Christmas. A wide range of food from vegan to the full Welsh was ordered. All served together, hot and delicious. Staff were really friendly, as usual. We love coming here are a family....It’s our special place to eat out!

Had this vegan feast today, which was absolutely lush! I asked for the vegetarian breakfast but with avocado instead of egg and halloumi, was no issue at all. The butternut squash and cavolo nero kale were particularly amazing. I could eat it all over again....Thanks for making eating plant-based so easy!

Visited this cafe based on its current reviews. It was not a disappointment and lived up to its feedback. I had the cafe special of slow cooked lamb shoulder Quesadilla, it was a generous portion and very tasty. It was great to meet the new team member Eleri today. Eleri is a fluent Welsh speaker and gave a great welcome to us as we practiced our Welsh. Welcome to the social family Eleri. You have made a great start with the customers. The...food at HSS was as usual great. Just looking forward to the evening coming up in March.

Beautiful atmosphere to watch the world go by in the wonderful town of Treorchy. Enjoyed the gorgeous HSS Eggs Royale served on a cornbread pancake with gorgeous salmon and two perfectly cooked poached eggs and nicely dressed in Jalapeno Hollandaise Sauce. This isn't my first...visit as I am from the area. I will always return Perfect latte too I like this place a latte! @_travellingwelshman

As usual High Street Social never disappoints. Whether it be from the friendly faces of Jack, Lydia, Lynda and the rest of the team to the superb food cooked by Shannon and Sophie. This week we had specials on offer which included Stilton and Steak...pie which was superb as well as the usual fayre for HSS. I should say that the term usual may be the norm for HSS but it is unusual to have such lovely food in a small valley town. There are other places within Treorchy with their own cuisine and offerings but none beats High Street Social. Beautiful food, good value for the quality of the food you get and superb service.
