"We have always been a fan of Honest Burger and tend to look them up when in London. However tonight’s experience was poor. Had to ask for a menu after sitting at our table for a number of minutes. The server was apologetic but you need to do better, spend less time chatting to the Deliveroo guys and focus on the Customers in the restaurant. But I’m afraid that the state of the toilets will mean we won’t be coming back. I reckon festival toilets are in better condition than the ones in Meard St. They were dirty, smelly, and in a poor state of repair we will miss the burgers but not the dining experience."

£15 for a burger and chips, £3 extra just for a can of coke. burger was dry and extremely tasteless, no sauce in the box, the tiniest amount of lettuce and some tasteless chips

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The service was slow, the chips were not very tasty, and it seemed like the staff were arguing. I would recommend going to the shop in Camden Town instead, as it is much better in terms of both service and quality.

After our wonderful visit to this restaurant yesterday, we decided to return today. I am pleased to report that yesterday's 5-star experience was not a fluke. From the moment we walked in until we left, we felt welcomed and valued by the staff. Despite being very busy today, the staff maintained a positive attitude and provided excellent service. The burgers have now become a favorite for both me and my 9-year-old son.
