I had my first experience at House of Delight on Friday, November 3rd, for a surprise birthday celebration. The atmosphere was delightful, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I will remember my 50th birthday dinner for a long time.

Our family have had the great pleasure of enjoying the high quality Chinese food here for many years. Eddie and his team are very professional, friendly and serve the freshest most awesome tasting food. We were, as expected, most impressed with the friendly personal attention given for a family birthday meal last Saturday and could not recommend a restaurant more highly! Thank you Eddie.

house of delight is the best Chinese restaurant. eddie and his employees work so hard that everyone visits make an unforgettable experience. ask for the home specialities and they get healthy, tasty eating from the freshest seasonal fayre. the menu itself is comprehensive and eddie will go out of its way to ensure allergies and gluten-free. we have eaten in many of the best restaurants, but can honestly say that this is our favorite place for a meal with family and friends.

On Christmas Eve 2016, I returned to the House of Delight for my second visit, and it reaffirmed my previous impressions of their exceptional food and service. Each time, we opted for a set menu, placing our trust in the owners' selections. I can confidently say you won't be disappointed, and the Christmas menu is no exception. We also tried a new range of cocktails, including the Imperial Palace with Champagne (Moët), which was beautifully enhanced by the addition of an edible Hibiscus flower. The staff were all very polite and courteous, which is a refreshing change for a busy restaurant. This is currently the best dining experience in Maldon.
