The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly. The food is fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great place to eat, and they are also dog friendly. I would highly recommend trying their homemade dishes and delicious craft beers.

We.had not been to the pub for a couple of years but enjoyed the food so much we will definitely be back soon! Service was excellent and the prices were very fair. Speisekarte ansehen

The food is always delicious at this restaurant. It is the best pub close to our location. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. I highly recommend dining here.

I had a very enjoyable experience at this restaurant. The only downside was that the meat was a bit dry, but the flavor more than made up for it. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was lovely, and I have already booked to go back. I am looking forward to it.

Not a local place for us but knew we would be driving past around Sunday lunch time . Greeted on arrival and drinks order taken very quickly . All opted for carvery and not disappointed . Meat lovely and tender beef slightly pink as I like it) so perfect, and a good generous portion Roasties fab, Overall a big well done , pity we don’t live closer ???????? Speisekarte ansehen

The food is always excellent lovely homemade pies great to have a choice of mash and new potatoes everybody seems to do only chips these days which doesnt always suit the meal lovely vegetables instead of everything with chips and salad. Lovely deserts. Good menu choice better than anywhere else I go. Good service. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommend. Best around and I happily travel to go there.

No one showed us to our prebooked table. they just pointed it out. Did request tabke by window (if possible) but was given one in the middle of the room. Food was not great. Pie meat very salty, veg dry and lacked flavour. My wife ordered chips but got mash. Had to stop the waitress to order refills of drinks. When we had finished our main course no one came to enquire if we wanted dessert, so we got menus ourselves but sfter waiting for over 10 minutes for service we gave up and just we to bar and paid the bill. Very disappointing. Won't be returning.

We have visited the pub previously when on holiday, and had a fantastic meal. This time however we were really quite disappointed. The pub was quite busy as it was 'bike night ', we got some drinks and were shown to our table. The waitress who took our order was really friendly and helpful and was quick to take our order, she was attentive throughout the meal. The menu was slightly confusing with 2 different prices for every meal with no explanation as to why. We ordered starters and mains. The starters arrived after 30 minutes with an apology for the delay to to it being busy, which I understand can be a problem. The starters were appetising and we enjoyed them.
