I tried the Yeosu bibimbap, which was very good with its spicy but not spicy sauce. For dessert I really liked the yuzu cheesecake. Downside: the hotteok pancake was too dry to be eaten alone and would have benefited from a coulis or whipped cream. Good service and pleasant indoor air conditioning. Hwaban, a restaurant quite popular for its very chill side due to its location. Having chosen a Busan Bibimbap, the fried chicken was succulent. Very good address! The chikin chicken is excellent as are the beef bao. The service is excellent and the prices reasonable. The only complaint is the rice... Very good discovery, the bibimbap are succulent. Small downside due to my take-out order which does not do justice to the dishes. The setting is very pretty so I advise you to sit down to eat! Le Hwaban est vraiment mon restaurant préféré. J'y mange régulièrement. Non seulement la cuisine est délicieuse mais elle est également très bien adaptée aux végétariens. Le service est impeccable, les serveurs prennent toujours le temps de nous conseiller sur la meilleure façon de manger notre plat, ou de nous demander si tout va bien. It was very very good! For drinks we had a homemade lemonade and a Hibiscus/mint iced tea (it really reminds us of bissap) which were very good. The beef mandu (dumplings) were incredible!!!! We loved it. The fried chicken was very good and plentiful for the price and accompanied by fresh radish pickles. The shredded beef bao was delicious clearly. The tteokbokki were really excellent, delicious and precisely spicy. The crispy salmon was not bad but too salty for my taste to titillate. The hotteok for dessert was very good. I would have liked the black sesame ice cream too but we didn't have any more room...that will be for next time. The presentation of the dishes is careful. The score is 5... Speisekarte ansehen
