"Excellent restaurant, Michelin star is more than deserved. The tasting menu consists of many exceptional dishes for ingredients, presentation and unusual but harmonious combinations. The famous risotto with red turnips and gorgonzola is really great and I do not love the first dishes! , and also lamb has a delicate taste that does not weigh down while often happens, in other restaurants. Even desserts are great. On the wines I can not express myself, as I am asterious, on the other hand I enjoyed the various non-alcoholic cocktails that have been proposed to me, created by the house, very fresh and well mixed. My compliments also go to the room staff that is numerous, young, very competent and very friendly, which always pleases. The location is the beautiful high Bergamo was the former Gourmet, of which it has preserved only the location, fortunately in summer you eat outdoors on a beautiful covered terrace, with large and well spaced tables. It also has reserved internal parking, which is a bonus in high city. In conclusion, I absolutely recommend this restaurant, I will definitely return."

"Restaurant is just a five minute walk from the Main Street in the lower town. A little pre starter of tomatoes on home made bread was delicious. Starters were ravioli and risotto which were very well presented and really flavoursome. Wine was a Sauvignon blanc which was ideal for the main courses which were Sea Bream and Sea Bass accompanied with rustic potatoes and vegetables. Service was first class and the restaurant filled up very quickly. It was a Tuesday night and lucky we had booked ahead. Very happy with the whole experience in this restaurant on our break in Bergamo."

"Sono stato a pranzo in questo locale, pranzo di lavoro quindi molto veloce ma sicuramente gustoso e positivo.L'accoglienza, nonostante non prenotati e locali quasi pieno, è stata positivissima.Il proprietario accogliente e simpatico.I piatti erano ben fatti, ben serviti e gustosi. Abbiamo optato per un Tagliere della Tana, una battuta di bue buonissima e la guancia di manzo brasata con polenta che era squisita, forse troppo poca come porzione. Per finire ci hanno consigliato la polenta consa della nonna Anna che è eccezionale e sicuramente da provare.Prezzo onestissimo. Consigliato!"

"Ieri sera abbiamo provato la cucina dell’osteria dell’ ASSONICA ….. nuova stella Michelin della bergamasca …. Il locale è spazioso, confortevole e soprattutto godibile in quanto a privacy….. moderno e lineare con un servizio fresco ed efficace…. Professionale, sorridente e competente. La cucina è la conferma di tutte queste note positive introduttive …. sfrontata, tecnica, ben eseguita e soprattutto direi coraggiosa !!!!! Capace di seguire una linea di azzardi ben calcolati che le danno una concretezza ed una maturità notevole considerata la giovane età sia del locale che di chi la esegue! L’esordio è caratterizzato da una serie di appetizers non solo belli ma anche molto gradevoli al palato…. Nota di merito al Rocher con fegato e frutto della passione e la crema di cavolfiori e alici (piatto offerto ma già vera portata degna di un eventuale ruolo in menù ….. la nostra scelta ricade sulla carte e cominciamo con un granchio reale e un crudo di agnello…. 2 ottimi starter …. Il primo più delicato e ben eseguito il secondo più spinto e di carattere con i lampacioni a fare la differenza … bel risultato! Proseguiamo con una linguina ostriche e bagna cauda…. Decisamente il piatto della serata…. Scommessa di accostamenti vinta con lode!!! Concludiamo con 2 main courses…. Un rombo con cavoli e salsa all’aglio nero, e un piccione tartufo e caffè ….. il primo più delicato e diciamo alla portata di tutti i palati mentre il secondo più particolare sia nel gusto che nella presentazione…. Con il piccione lavorato nella sua totalità e in differenti declinazioni …… padronanza di tecnica e sapienza di accostamenti ne fanno 2 ottime portate! Terminiamo con una gradevolissima piccola pasticceria offerta ! Insomma bella scoperta che speriamo prosegua su questa strada …. Ricerca e particolarità fanno la differenza ! Bravi! "A cuddle from the beginning to the end. The attention to detail is the thing that jumps more to the eye of this restaurant and its managers. The welcome aperitif, the grissini and the homemade bread, the pre dessert are attentions that we enjoyed very much, especially for the proposal not banal and well cared for. We took fish dishes, one better than the other, even desserts really deserved. The account is absolutely appropriate to the proposal. We weren't so satisfied with a dinner, not something out of place. Vegetarian options: They also have a totally vegetarian menu, very varied and not discounted"
