Really nice to go to a restaurant where the staff are focussed and knowledgeable customers and the menu these days. Having tried and failed to get in the night before (because it was fully booked) we decided to go back the following day. We'd preferred to have been sat upstairs, but there is nothing whatever to complain about, as everything is just right. The staff are all so helpful and attentive without being over the top, but also where nothing is too much trouble. And the food is outstanding. Undoubtedly the finest Italian food either of us have had previously, but without being pretentious. I would 100% recommend Il Baretto and will definitely be returning.
