"My family and I had lunch today in this restaurant, it's a fantastic place for a certain target audience. All the courses we had, from the appetizers to the first courses, especially the tagliolini with blueberry and yellow pestum dates with crunchy, well-browned bacon, aroused great success. I highly recommend this restaurant to go and try it, it is beyond all expectations, the location is very elegant and welcoming, the staff is attentive to the customer and knows how to recommend the courses in relation to your needs or any intolerances where kindness reigns supreme between Beatrice and Anna and the chef in the kitchen. "my friends and I traveled from rom to frascati for this cooking class. we sought many classes and felt that this was the most convenient and had a better value than others we found. simon and his colleagues were very helpful and funny. simon took pictures, videos and even boomerangs for us when he facilitated our session. we will definitely recommend this class; it offers wine tasting and a short tour through the opposite around the restaurant. simon also sent the recipes to all 4 types of pastas made. the tempo of the class was also right for a beginner's pata as I do. suggestion: if they travel with the train from outside of frascati, they check the departing train times. we took the class on a Saturday night at 1830, but the trains were driving at 830 and we didn't know. the taxi back to rom was about 60 €."

"we happened in the restaurant and it was a great lunch. we took a starter for two vegetables and with different types of cheese to taste with honey. we then took maltagliati with chickpeas and a first with vegetable ragout (vegetariano.) the staff was very kind. the portions were generous and the price was extremely contained. definitely to return"

"I knew this magnificent place as I had eaten you some time...I chose, so, to organize my 40-year-old party...the location is wonderful... modern and refined style where you can enjoy a breathtaking view. . .Being full summer the party turned out.. A magical setting. impeccable service and not least the Chef's menu... copyrights, excellent, tasty. I remember the time management of guild, which manages to manage and organize everything to the best. Obviously the cost reflects what the place offers."
