Staff think it's a joke. Hardly there. Service to the limits of the embarrassing.

Good food and value for the money, but super slow service. if you go there be ready to spend 1.5 to 2 hours for a simple meal.

very nice outdoor location on the lake. Good food. and the homemade piadines great! Unfortunately long wait to eat...if you are very hungry I recommend to make a snack or aperitif before going.

Bad experience. We were in eight and we had to wait to have only burgers and ham and melon two and a half hours. Totally incompetent and quirky staff. Never come back. Food will also be good but for waiting and for staff it is not worth it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Recommended by Simone Oldani of Kiosk we went without reservation but, perhaps given the hour, we found a table for two. We took a fried shrimp and squid and a fried octopus on avocado sauce, both excellent! House wine, coffee, all for a modest expense in relation to the quality found. Absolutely to recommend

Appaling service, slow and rude! Food is ok, in fact well prepared and presented even if of limited choice. But the attitude of both waiters was beyond unacceptable. True, after the reopening they were busy and only two covering a large terrace and outside area but are customers to blame? A pity as the view to the lake is fantastic.

1 star is already too much, we arrive in 4.. Let's ask if there's any room, make us a table. At 13.15 we order, after 1h comes a part of food only to a person, we continue to ask at what point were the other dishes, of which 3 first equal, the cameriarsvda different versions, in the end comes first and second together, and then arrives the missing contour to the first ordination. At the time of payment, we point out all this, the waitress in front of the owner, assaults us and gives a different version. Moral of the fairy tale we had lunch at 14.40, and the owner made us a miserable discount of 9€, beyond the apologies and the bitter who wanted to offer us (sinking we do not drink)

We arrived at 9pm to have a nice and relaxed dinner. We were really looking forward to as the restaurant was our favourite one in the past years already. However, such a kind of unfriendlyness and arrogance we experienced today, I have never faced in any restaurant in the world before. We entered the terrace as usual waiting to be seated. There were several free tables. Very quickly a taller blond waitress arrived. We friendly said Hello and asked for a table for two. She was just looking at us or better saying it was a kind of inspecting us and without saying a word and re-checking for availibility of a free table she refused us with a simple No and disappeared without any further explanati...
