Great Restaurant, not too easy to find but worth the hustle! Such great food and lovely staff! If you love wine and meat, this is the place to go!

A nice place with all stuff very polite and friendly! The food was delicious. We eat pasta and tiramisu and the price was correct and avarage ! I really recommend this restaurant!

Nice restaurant in Saturnia! We seated outside and it was really quiet and peaceful. The food was really good! We had amazing pasta with chianina ragù and wild boar! House wine surprisingly of high quality. Desserts were amazing! Not sure. Recommended

simple, well equipped outdoor and with good space. you eat the typical Maremma dishes abundant in quantity and with excellent seasonings. the prices are online another local but in this case it seems to feel at home. well trained staff is very helpful

We arrived in Saturnia about 8:00 pm after a soak in the Cascate di Saturnia. Many restaurants we tried were closed already for the evening but Il Cantuccio welcomed us even though they were about to close? We never felt rushed and the waiter was very patient with our attempts at Italian. The house wine was better than expected and the Chicgale Pappardelle was excellent. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced.

We arrived at the restaurant not having booked. There were six of us including two young children and the staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a good buzzy atmosphere with two big families havng dinner (we were in a separate part of the restaurant as the main part was full). The food was very good and the wine waiter certainly knew his stuff. He talked about the local wines in detail and advised us what to order, which was helpful.

Mixed feelings on this experience. The positive: Food was fairly good. Started with a platter of meats and cheeses, which were very tasty. Porcini mushrooms are in season, and my wife had those with pappardelle pasta. Delicious. The negative: I had the wild boar stew. Tasty, but not as tender as it could be. They cooked it too fast and it was a little tough. I know, this is the Italian countryside and we all like to pretend that they are wizards with food, but some of them are not quite Gandalf in this regard. Also, the service was horrible. Just horrible. Even had the 5 Euro “bread and service” charge added to our bill. I didn’t even ask to see if it had been detailed on the menu…I just pai...
