"Locale molto accogliente nel centro storico di San Miniato alto, arredato in stile pub e con una meravigliosa terrazza con vista sulle colline circostanti. Personale simpatico ed accomodante. Ottimo per gustare un aperitivo all'aperto. Buona selezione di vini anche locali, ci sono anche diverse birre sia alla spina che in bottiglia per tutti i gusti. Si possono gustare anche piatti di salumi, formaggi , focacce e toto altro. Veramente consigliato"

"We just had one of the best meals in my life in an atmosphere of great care and kindness. From the moment we entered we felt welcomed. I have dietary restrictions, my friends no. I was given such great attention and care that I want to eat all my meals there! From the freshly made bread with the thickest crust I’ve ever had to a fish dish on a bed of potato purée seasoned lightly with lemon I enjoyed every bite. Knowing that everything was fresh, local (if not from their own garden) and that our hosts care about the quality of their food so they use no additives or products that use additives made the meal even more fabulous for me. My friends ate a cod-filled ravioli they talked about for much of the ride home. Desert was a beautiful light cheesecake with gorgeously baked apples (see photo). I would have taken more photos but we were too busy eating! The wine choice was a perfect crisp Chardonnay and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. This location is also the home of the family that runs this restaurant. Which explains why you feel so immediately comfortable and the environment feels inviting. I cannot wait to return and I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. It is a unique and special experience worth the price which is more than affordable. Go and enjoy!!!!!!"

"We spent two weeks in Tuscany and this was easily the most enjoyable meal we had. It appears that you are driving onto a family farm when you arrive and in fact you are. The meat and vegetables they serve are from their own farm. I had pasta with ragu sauce followed by beef steak. My wife had pasta with a pesto/chopped tomato sauce followed by grilled pork. I'm used to very good steaks in the U.S. and this piece was as tender and flavorful as any I've had. The service was terrific. We did not have a reservation but the waiter said he would hold a table for us if we came back later. When we returned we only waited about 5 minutes. Their wine list wasn't the best we experienced in our two weeks but the food more than made up for it. Try the cheesecake!"

"very nice local, maybe the passages between the tables are not very easy. I think the separators between the tables were put for covid, but all this makes the steps really tight. More than once I bumped the chairs of other tables to pass. the bathroom is very spacious, fragrant and clean. complete with everything. only thing, I hope it was only momentary, the scotch on the button of the waterfall. If there is a fault better solve it, I never like to find signs or reports various. pizza and prepared dishes are very good and the staff is friendly and prepared. I recommend it as a place!"

"We were going to have a pizza here as I had heard they were good but decided to have the ravioli, one with ragu and the other mushroom. Both were tasty and while the sauces were different the actual ravioli was the same and looked like it was a spinach and cheese ravioli, difficult to tell. Anyway we enjoyed our meal, the draught beer was lovely and cold, the spritz lovely and a half litre of vino Rosso was also enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and the service was very efficient."
