We enjoyed our dinner at il Gazebo including a local dish of ravioli stuffed with the beets, served with sage and butter. We continued with perfectly cooked chicken with local mushrooms. The apple strudel was an amazing finish.

Starting with a very pleasant atmosphere of shimmering lights in and outside of the restaurant, Chef Marco Pinelli creates sensational experiences from antipasto to dessert... indefinatelly suggest “Uovo e nero estivo” l’”Esplosione di Porcini”” Risotto alla Barbabietola- La Pantera Rosa”.... AMAZING!!!

We went in this lovely place to celebrate a lovely evening and the experience was much better than expected. We had a menu degustazione with four serves and each one was delicious and gracefully presented. Even the bread selection was just perfect!! Had dinner in Il Gazebo with my family just after arriving in the hotel. The place is very nice, the food has a good to very good quality. My wife and son orders were very good in their evaluation my appetizer was not that good, the recreation of vitelo tonato was too much vitelo, a little dry and missed the typical flavor. The service is good, they could add some additional waiters to improve the attention and speed to serve the table. In general a very nice dinner and good place to visit.

I have recently stayed at the famous Hotel Cristallo Luxury Collection in Cortina with a group of friends and I was happily surprised by their restaurant Il Gazebo. It offers a selection of local dishes with a personal touch that were simply exquisite! From the spectacular location to the service and attention to detail our experience was unforgettable. We had dinner around 8pm with a breathtaking sunset and I chose to have the seared tuna, as a starter, and then the famous local “casunziei” with beetroot. I highly recommend this restaurant and their staff who made the experience unforgettable! Thumbs up for you guys! Well done!
