"We were on our way to another restaurant and were lucky to find it closed. Otherwise, we wouldn't have stumbled upon this gem. The menu del dia is 11 euros and includes two dishes, a drink, desert and coffee. After a week in Spain lunching at similarly priced restaurants and finding them overall nothing special, this place was a pleasant surprise. The food was well prepared, fresh and flavorful. Service was very friendly and attentive though I did notice that as the place got busier the service really slowed down. We sat down early for Spain so there was only one other table occupied, but the place soon filled up. My wife ordered the gazpacho and the Serrano ham and mushroom risotto. Both were excellent! The gazpacho was light and refreshing while the risotto full of flavor and cooked to the correct al dente. I ordered the provolone and tomato, which is served hot in a cast iron pan, and the spinach pesto pasta. Really fantastic! Deserts (tiramisu and passion fruit panacotte) were also very good but not quite up to par with the actual meals. The restaurant is hidden down a short alley that they use for outdoor tables. They also have indoor tables. With an extra beer, the bill came to 24 euros. What a great meal! Highly recommended."

The set lunch has at least. Five choices in three courses. While it says Italian rest it's menu is quite varied and fresh ingredients. You can't go wrong with this place for a nice lunch.

Very nice lunch for a very very competitive price. English will not help you a lot here, but in my opinion you can order what you want,it will always taste correct. Good rose wine for an honest price. And the service is nice to see. Speisekarte ansehen

We had lunch here with another couple and ordered the menu del dia. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and we got a lot of food for the price. We had a wonderful tri colore salad and a pasta dish. The waiter was friendly and efficient and it came with a wonderful house wine for 11 euros a person. We would happily return.

Tucked away off a side street in busy old part of town. Only serve lunch. 3 course menu del did for 11 € including drink and coffee or tea. Choice of 4 starters. I had leek tarts which were fried pastry triangles with leeks and goat cheese. YUMMY!my friend had pumpkin soup which was also good. Another 4 choices for main course. She had risotto as which was well prepared and I had lasagna which was tasty. All together lovely meal for very reasonable price. Highly recommend .
