"On a recent stop off in Livorno we decided to head for somewhere away from the madding crowds and were recommended this family run fish restaurant in marina di Pisa. A popular spot with the locals.Fab situation right on the bay fish view of people fishing from their houses, quite a spectacle!, Very friendly, helpful staff. Obviously the menu has main emphasis on fish although one of our party was vegetarian and they rustled up a decent meal for her. We went for the starter of the day which was lobster tagliatelle, delicious. Followed by catch of the day grilled also lovely. One piece of advice when ordering fish specify size/weight you want or you may get more than you expect!"

A short drive from Pisa; the Il Veliero alla Foce is great and friendly spot on the Arno. Visit in years gone by with former management, then La Force. Started with Cozze Marinara, Risotto and a Tenuta Mariani Pinot Nero. Great meal. Will revisit

The restaurant 's owner, a very kind woman has guided us through the menu. We had some very tasty appetizers: salmon, muscles, octopus with potatoes, anchovies. We also had the specialty of the house: tarantina spaghetti with muscles and tomatoes sauce, so nice. For the main course we had a grilled spigola just fished. Finally they proposed us a millefoglie and Apple pie home made very tasty.

congratulations all the staff of the cozy atmosphere restaurant with so delicious eat. really everything big starting from appetizer to second of fried and excellent grilled. I can say that in all the premises I ate and among those I found really on top. fantastic girl who served us at the nice and very nice table. local that I highly recommend and with this forget negative reviews I read. 10 ellode rating
