Very busy at all times, but defo worth a visit for some great coffee.

When I crave for proper coffee and Italian desert, this is a place I go. Always a great place whether first thing in the morning or late night after a meal in Soho.

A beautiful Italian café with small delicacies. Fascinating colorful tables are outside and it's nice to sit there and watch people go by. I had a cappuccino and it was delicious, creamy and tasty.

Very bad customer service, nearly £5 for a coffee, overpriced food but edible, not the cleanest place to eat, nor was the toilet clean. We tried to tell them cutlery was dirty we were told 'I am not a dishwasher ' and walked away, better service at McDonald 's No Italians there anymore unfortunately unfortunately this at best is now like a basic overpriced sandwich shop Speisekarte ansehen

Where do I start. The owner is the rudest human being I have ever met, not only treating his staff like dirt but also talking to customers as though he’s better than them. The food gave me food poisoning and the staff in the cafe acted as if I wasn’t even there. Completely oblivious about how to do their job. I was told by a staff member to make my mind up because they had other things to do and when I did choose something she came and basically threw it on the table. When I asked for cutlery it was as if I had just committed murder. 100% will never be back and advise anyone else to stay away!

Was told this was an authentic Italian cafe famous for its good coffee, great pizza and bustling London nightlife. Well, out of three, they got one right and it’s the nightlife. Went yesterday for dinner and coffee and was treated to a show of half of London’s police blocking motorbikes in and ticketing them in front of the cafe. Service was mediocre and you’d be hard pressed to find an actual Italian making the coffees there. Toilet was a mess and looked unsanitary and the seating is cramped and limited. For what you get, it’s not worth the price Cafe Nero across the street makes a better cuppa

Appalling service. Me and two friends went to the Bar Italia on Frith Street on a Saturday night for drinks, as my friend had been before and had a good time, so recommended it to celebrate her birthday. She was previously given drinks tokens which we tried to use, only to be told that they wouldn’t possibly have given them to her (not sure what was meant by this but sounded incredibly rude and degrading). When we tried to dispute this fact, we were told that we needed to leave or pay for all drinks. After the manager stood behind us and eyed us up and down while we disputed what to do, we decided we actually didn’t feel welcome or comfortable to stay any longer and left. It was a shame as w...
