"It’s a rare occurrence in these difficult times to eat out and be blown away by the food and attentive service! Tonight I gorged on ‘The Notorious P-I-G’ with mouth watering pulled pork, pork belly, smoky bacon and the delicious bacon jam, topped off with a side of the ‘Nashville Chicken Mac’. Tom the chef has created my ultimate meal; my mouth is still bursting with the perfect balance of flavours, the passion really has shone through and long may it last.
