"the floor was dirty and was not cleaned. we had 3 meals and 2 were in order, but my aubergines were not cooked enough. Although I was complaining when they chew, the waiter said he would mention it at the chef. he didn't come back with an answer, so I had to ask him what the cook had said. he said that the cook had said that because they cooked unevenly, but there was no excuse. I think that was a bad customer service in the name of the cook."

It is really too large/noisy to really enjoy food which is OK but nothing special. Also, on the night we went it was clearly understaffed.

Good place to come with kids, they provide an entertainment pack to keep the kids occupied and also a kids menu with options for a smaller portions of for smaller kids. Generally good service and good quality food. Speisekarte ansehen

Although our waiter was lovely, my food was warm and had to be reheated. Our espresso martinis were served in a wine glass as they had broken all 6 of their martini glasses, prices were too high for average standard.

Although my meal was fine, my partner's meal was very unsatisfactory. The King prawns were not cooked properly. He sent it back, but was still not good when it came back. To be fair, we were not charged for his main course, but it was a very disappointing experience

generally they are friendly especially the first one who served us he was super friendly and nice. Foods are also very nice, I like jamie Gin fritz : something weird was they dont provide bread like all Italian restaurant do and you need to extra order it and pay for it ? which we werent really use it. we will come back again : Speisekarte ansehen

Hello. it is a bit curious to get such a question! Obviously they already knew that jamie's restaurant empire collapsed with loss of 1,000 jobs.
