The meal was very good, that's the service I didn't like. The waiter imposed a second bottle of water without asking for our opinion. The aperitif offers without specifying the price. we discovered the price on the invoice a cocktail at 15 €it's a little abusive!! even for a star restaurant.

perfect for a high-end business or private dinner. local products to honor. impeccable service. Two of our guests were vegetarians, and were entitled to a really custom menu (not only by removing the proteins from the normal menu, as seen in many places.) just avoid the terrace on the evening of the music festival (but there was room inside.)

Nothing to say about the kitchen. menus for all budgets, quality ingredients and just and refined cuisine. On the service side we are below...The servers are lost and confused the tables...the room manager takes them back but not discreetly! welcome to the chef. service as friendly and attentive. Lobster salad, turbot with perfect and blown bits large very airy marnier. without forgetting the minimalist frame .... everything is done for well being, the star is deserved and bonuses the boss irons to make sure that everything is at our taste.
