We start with a lover mouth closer to a hollow tooth mouth. a marinated fish fingernail with a softly blown dough candy ... the taste of dough wins in the mouth. place at the entrance composed of langoustines, artichokes and sucrine with truffle perfume ... langoustines without seasoning, when with truffle perfume ... my palace did not find it. Fortunately the suite was more successful. The rotary lotte with shells was tasteful and we put a special mention in cooking the calf rib. remains that for the latter, 3 small pieces per plate remain unsatisfactory. it is true that we were an odd number so there was only one 1/2 per person. the ratios above all. proper desserts and mignardises. 85 euros without the wines ... the price of the star. The value for money ratio, for us, is not there.Remains the meeting with the chef, a warm, diserte and passionate person. Too bad it's not in the plate."

Délicieux repas sur la terrasse . Les mets sont raffinés et l’accueil très attentionné . C’est toujours un plaisir de revenir dans cet excellent restaurant.

The meal was very good, that's the service I didn't like. The waiter imposed a second bottle of water without asking for our opinion. The aperitif offers without specifying the price. we discovered the price on the invoice a cocktail at 15 €it's a little abusive!! even for a star restaurant.

perfect for a high-end business or private dinner. local products to honor. impeccable service. Two of our guests were vegetarians, and were entitled to a really custom menu (not only by removing the proteins from the normal menu, as seen in many places.) just avoid the terrace on the evening of the music festival (but there was room inside.) Nothing to say about the kitchen. menus for all budgets, quality ingredients and just and refined cuisine. On the service side we are below...The servers are lost and confused the tables...the room manager takes them back but not discreetly! The glasses are not very clean, fingerprints and rag toys...A little limit for this type of restaurant.

Placés à une Table, dans un renfoncement, à l’entrée du restaurant aux abords immédiats des déplacements du service et des arrivées de clients, accueil et ambiance générale du service plutôt austères, la cuisine est soignée mais assez banale, les quantités sont minimalistes notamment pour les produits les plus fins un demi filet de rouget, un ongle de foie gras poêlé…. , les desserts sont excellents. Au final, les rapport qualité /prix s’avère peu favorable. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
