Miserable slow staff not much fish on the menu got the platter which consisted of prawn cocktail not king prawns and lots of pate and bread!!overrated expensive the best part was the view won’t be rushing back Speisekarte ansehen

This was our first time eating at the Jolly Fisherman. The food and service was outstanding with lovely views. The only downside was, the small window next to our table was very draughty and we were cold throughout our meal.

First visit but won't be the last. A great experience with amazing food. Can't wait to sample some more of their fare. Beautifully presented carefully prepared dishes served by very pleasant staff. They deserve all the well earned praise they get.

This was on a Sunday and there is a very wide sea based menu in terms of crab, prawn, scampi, and lobster sadly there was no sea fish today as far as we could find (the fish of the day was salmon). There were standard ‘Sunday lunches if that is your bag! We had the kipper pâté (which was excellent and generous) with what was described as artisanal bread this divided the 2 diners it was brown with grains but was very light and airy The chips served with the fishcakes were good and hot, the fishcakes obviously had salmon and a white fish and were nice enough.
