Don't bother turning up. Jujus is no longer there. We had booked a bottomless brunch through wowcher. We turned up to be told that the restaurant closed down 3 weeks ago!

We had an amazing time using a voucher we had been given. The young man serving all of the tables was very generous with the Prosecco and the food was fantastic! Definitely would recommend! Speisekarte ansehen

I was here on Saturday night and myself and a friend were at the bar ordering cocktails. The barman blatantly gave my friend a free cocktail and I asked if he would give me one free he said no. Just horrible customer service. I won't ever go there again

Maybe you should tell your front door lady and security to stop being so racist and just ask people if they can afford to buy drunks inside. I was racially profiled last night. The bias and the look that lady was giving me was disappointing, insulting and hearbreaking. Waste! Been to this plce couple of times. Twice got rejected and many times got inside. Realise your entry depends on the race mood of the front door lady or how branded your clothes are.. Pathetic

Came here for valentine's dinner and was not impressed. We booked their valentines deal and was put in the corner at the front of the restaurant. This was where they put all the couples who booked the deal and it was ridiculous cramped. The seating made not sense, the stools we were made to sit on was uncomfortable and to high for the low table. Having to bend over to eat your food the whole was unacceptable. We asked to move seat but as said before if you booked the valentines deal that's where you were sitting. The food also wasnt great and the set menu was ridiculously limited. Food was quite nice but the place ..... We had booked using a wowcher for 2 people for the bottomless brunch. Had absolutely no problem with the food or the drinks they filled us up with plenty of prosecco). The place we were expecting was supposed to be fairly posh seemed like I was back in an under 18s club to be fair. Loud rap music, lots of badman kids coming in and out!! Not the ambiance I was expecting!. The wowcher was £24 and did not include service charge. They then charged us £9 service charge!!! 37% service charge erm excuse me?!?!? Will be reporting these lot to trading standards. My sister in law bought us a Wowcher bottomless brunch for my birthday. I called on the 5th September to book for the 19th October. Constantly no answer and they don’t call back voicemails. I had sent 3 emails before I finally (one time only) got through on the phone to them). Quite rude and said the reason they didn’t reply is they won’t confirm booking till around end of the month so call back end of September extremely odd (not in small print and not like its Claridges, just gutted I got through I imagine). We booked a wowcher deal for 8 of us on Saturday originally at 5.30pm, the restaurant moved this to 6.30pm a couple of weeks before no issue. We had problems with the piccadilly line all under ground so no mobile signal which turned a 40 minute journey into 1 hour 45 which meant we arrived at South Kensington tube at 6.40. We walked quickly the mile to the restaurant while calling , on the way. There were no replies and the voicemail was full. When we arrived at Jujus at 7.02 we were that our table had been given away as they only hold the booking for half a hour .
