Whent here to day with my best friend both had the same with the deal of buy one cookie dought get the second one free the ice cream is just divine . The whipped cream is just so light and fluffy yum !! Took the second one home and omg every one just loved it !! So kuist abig fums up

The guys making the milkshake were not washing the blender after making the shakes. They were just filling it with more icecream and milk to make a new one. I waited there for 15 mins and saw this hapenning non stop and was worried about their hygine level. I would not recommend this branch as dodgy staff working there. Speisekarte ansehen

After posting a review about this incident, Kaspa's encouraged me to contact them directly. I followed their request and sent them an email explaining the situation again. I made it clear that the problems were entirely their responsibility, not Just Eat’s. Unfortunately, their response was disappointing and showed a lack of concern for my complaint. They simply said that if I ordered through a delivery service like Just Eat, I should contact them for any issues. They didn’t address the specific problems I faced at all, which was frustrating. Honest review I came here for the first time 5 years ago and the customer service was quite bad and it was not a good visit then. I went to Kaspas yesterday afternoon for my daughter’s birthday as a treat and it was proof that a lot can definitely change in 5 years. I was super impressed, staff were friendly. Yes it is a little more expensive but the saying is true that “you get what you pay for”. It was totally worth it for me, you could taste the quality in the all the deserts, it wasn’t the cheap ice cream taste and waffles were amazing aswell as the sundaes.
