Was just ok. Food was not great and extremely small. A lot of money for what we got. We had a waiter serve us in a coat and woolly hat in side.

This hotel restaurant in central London has a pleasant atmosphere and offers a typical restaurant menu. While it is on the pricey side, it is comparable to other dining options in the area.

I visited this restaurant before a show at the Royal Albert Hall. The location is fantastic, but it was mostly empty, with just one other family dining, which made for a lack of atmosphere. The food was good, but I probably won’t be returning. Speisekarte ansehen

The restaurant lacked a lively atmosphere, with only our table and two others occupied. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations; the Caesar salad was drowning in dressing and inedible. However, the waiter who attended to us was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us.

From the moment we arrived we were made welcome, treated with care and respect. The restaurant was very tasteful presented, the staff were helpful and the level of attention was appropriate. The food was excellent and the price was reasonable. We left feeling well fed and happy with the whole experience. Thanks to all at the restaurant.

Don’t bother with the shared platter. Looked like it was random objects found at the bottom of the freezer, then either fried or slightly warmed through. Disappointing in the extreme. Whilst I appreciate that it was perhaps an odd time.. 5.30 in the afternoon. I would have thought a hotel of that size would have been capable of serving a hot platter. There is not a bad enough score to leave this appalling restaurant. When we arrived they did not have a booking despite us having confirmation by email and a phone call, we were then seated in what can only be described as the lobby, we had to beg to be served dreadful cold food in a freezing cold hotel breakfast area, truly the worst dining experience possible. Don’t bother! There’s a lovely ask opposite, which we wish we have visited instead!

On arrival at the restaurant we were asked if this was a special occasion which it was. When we finally ordered the server (later we found out this was the supervisor) was asked a question about the spiciness of a curry. She then took main course orders, 2 of which were the specials, we then had to ask for the starter order, drinks were then ordered. The starters for the specials arrived with the wrong bottle of wine, which was then replaced. After awhile we asked about the other starters. Answer was there had been a miscommunication we then had the mains delivered then the starters while eating the mains. The Katsu sauce was Luke warm as were the beef rendangs. From that point on, the service was only slightly better; we felt largely ignored. While the food was nice, the overall experience left much to be desired, lacking in service quality even compared to a budget hotel. When we received the bill, our problems continued. We were charged £21.98 for desserts we didn’t order, and the bill showed £15.99 for dessert that should have been £7.99. I brought this to the attention of a staff member who said he couldn’t process a refund himself, but offered us three drinks as an apology for the incorrect dessert charge. By the time he returned, we realized the extra £21.98 charge still hadn’t been resolved. He swapped our beer for a bottle of prosecco inste... Speisekarte ansehen
