"I've got one out of my mind last week. it took about 15-20 minutes to be ready when I phoned in the order, which is well considering that it was a Saturday night. a little thing was that the hand-anitary appeared on the doorway. to be empty, so it would be a good idea if they could replace it with a new bottle for customers to use when they are in the building. I went for the chicken bhuna that was delicious. we also had rice and naan, which were also delicious. the woman had praised vindaloo and she said it was very nice. the portion sizes were good, and the huh seemed really fresh. the bill came to £20.40 for two people, the good value for money. they do not accept credit card payments only so remember to take cash with them when they collect. I had only £20 on me so that the staff left me with the 40p that was kind of. overall I would rate this place 10/10, and I will definitely be back soon."

I had a curry for dinner tonight. It was a little spicy, but very delicious. The staff were excellent and pleasant to be around. I will definitely order from here again. The delivery person is always courteous and food arrives on time.

Haven't been here for ages. Forgot how brilliant their food is. Hubby had the korma, son had spicy garlic chicken, I had dansak. Special fried rice, poppadoms with the little tubs of salad and of course a garlic naan. Heaven that's all I need to...say. Speisekarte ansehen

The dining experience at this restaurant was really enjoyable. I had the kebab, pizza, and hamburger, and I loved every bite. I will definitely be a regular customer at this takeaway. The food was of great quality and the portion sizes were generous, making it a great value for the price.

we ruined our evening. kintore tandoori used to be my favorite local Indian, but I think it's changed management again and it's terrible now. pretty sure that it wasn't a spekkle of seasoning in my meal, it was like tomato sauce with floating pieces of huh. can't...forget worse, but I won't return.

I wish I could leave a no star review. We have been using Kintore Tandoori for a couple of years now always getting it delivered four miles away from them, our order usually arrives early and enjoy the food that is delivered. Bare the title...of this review in mind we ordered tonight as usual through the just eat app noticed that they had a new menu an ordered with a wait time of 45mins, after an hour had passed I called the takeaway to find out what the delay was, to be told rudely that they are under new management and do not deliver that far away Speisekarte ansehen

Myself and husband have had a few takeaways from here before but have never left a review before. Am not sure why there are so many negative reviews as we have never had a bad meal. Tonight Saturday 11th Jan my husband ordered...a munchie box and I had veg pakora and bombay aloo. Husband was very impressed with his munchie box good portion size and everything was really tasty. My veg pakoras were delicious nice and crunchy on the outside. The bombay Aloo is my absolute favourite and I love it. Potatoes have a good texture and the sauce is so nice. We will definitely be back.

KT delivery was so late and they lied on phone about delivery time. It took so long I cancelled the order with Restaurant. They said contact just eat for refund and at no point said it was too late too cancel. I Cooked and ate...tea. They then tried to deliver 35 minutes later. a joke as over 2.5 hours after original order and 1.5 hours after original delivery time) I did not accept as it had been cancelled. Now they are saying meal was delivered, but it wasn’t as was cancelled and not received. It’s less than 10 minutes from ours so no excuse. Having issues with just eat as they say the restaurant said it was delivered. Disappointed and never again.

"Sunday, 3rd September 2023 – 19:00 Meal: Wine Starters – Main – Coffee My friend and I arrived at 19:00 to a busy but not overfull restaurant without a reservation and they accommodated us upstairs. Menus were produced and we ordered a bottle of white wine and a jug of water. 0rders placed for starters and 2 servings of the Italian style fish stew on the ‘Specials Board’ at 26.99 each. Tomato and chilli with promises of loads of different fish. The toss up was between a steak or the stew (which neither of us would cook at home). The table was dirty and needed wiping – this request was placed 3x on the young waitron who eventually produced a cloth slopping water from a bucket in the corner cupped in her hands where she half heartedly wiped the table with water dripping onto my friend’s lap. Hurried mop up with tissues out of my bag. The white wine was plonked on the table – next to the cooler – unopened and no glasses. Several attempts were made to attract the waitron’s attention. Eventually another bottle was produced opened and we were advised the waitron was under age and not allowed to pour wine. Perfectly acceptable had she produced an opener and the glasses with an explanation I would have been happy to help myself – we understand and appreciate these things. The starters arrived and were delicious! The chef then came out to see us and explained that there was no lobster for the stew – we asked for extra monkfish, he then said there was no monkfish left – but could help us with other white fish and crab claws. He said he was down to the last 2 portions, and he would ensure they were hearty. We were a bit concerned and suggested perhaps we settle for the steak which is always delicious. He assured us we had made the right choice and would enjoy the stew. The stews arrived and were ‘hearty’ if being crammed with the contents of a tin of crab claws is your definition of hearty. The promised ‘rich tomato broth with chilli and garlic’ was a watered down version of what was clearly less than a cup of the original broth left at the bottom of the pot topped with water. It was tasteless – lacking in hint of either chilli, wine, garlic or herbs – having lived in Malta I can assure you I have a deep understanding of Med cooking. I guess we were lucky we didn’t have the salty brine of the crab claws as the broth. It was inedible and we were starving so we kept adding salt and pepper – we were beyond the point of returning the food which was a mistake in hindsight. We skipped dessert – had coffees and left. The meal came to nearly £100.00. This was an expensive lousy experience. We paid a generous tip – because they accommodated us without a reservation. Take aways from the experience: • The restaurant service on a Sunday evening at 19:00 should be as good as it is on a Friday at 19:00 • Being a local and having eaten there several times – it is my first choice for a ‘good’ meal – don’t abuse the luxury of local support. • Train your waitrons to clean tables, by wringing out the cloth and not dripping water on your patrons. • Waitrons (even under aged ones) should at least carry a wine opener, and understand that wine glasses should be produced when delivering wine. • Your chef should know better and never, ever assume he can cut costs by selling the dregs from his kitchen. • A poor dining experience costs you more than you think. We would have ordered dessert, and more importantly returned for a second meal in the next week – WE DIDN’T! I have a friend coming from Ireland in November – do I risk taking her to the Anchor?"
