We had dinner here on our last evening in Palau. It's a shame, because otherwise we could have come back. Sitting on the terrace was a highlight (great atmosphere), and the service was very friendly and not intrusive. The pizza was great and the pasta was good. We really enjoyed the latte and dolci. Waitresses were unfortunately unfriendly. Accidentally ordered a dish twice because it was answered in a hurry, the response was very unfriendly. Then a wrong dessert was delivered to which we kindly asked if we could have our right dessert. The response was without talking and the correct one was placed down with irritation. Very nice and well decorated place (even romantic at night) at the entrance to Puerto Palau, with terrace or interior. We went without a reservation and we didn't have to wait, because it was the end of the season, but I recommend making it in advance if it is high season. The quantities are large. The carbonara had a lot of flavor, with crispy bacon. The risotto was delicious, very fine in flavor that was not cloying. Service: Dine in

Service was absolutely shocking, the food wasn't much better and when I dared to question the service charge with the manager, his response was if I could could manage it better than him I was welcome to have a go, when I mentioned about reviews he told me that he doesn't care about reviews they are just people being vengeful and he doesn't care about them, I asked for his name and he refused. There was several other diners in the the restaurant that had to keep asking for things like drinks and bills, I had to ask twice for our drinks and when the wine arrived we had no glasses I asked for 2 glasses and the waiter came back with an ice bucket (for red wine).
