The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding, with friendly staff and delicious food. I had such a great experience that I had to come back the next day! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

A good croque madame and side salad for lbut not much bechamel sauce inside the croque accompanied with side salad, fluffiest and lightest almond croissant, washed down with earl grey tea, all for around £10. Decent lunch but still hungry

Really lovely environment here and met family for breakfast. Started with a good coffee or two and then a tasty breakfast. Didn't feel hurried and service was good with friendly and helpful staff. Prices were also good considering it's London. Speisekarte ansehen

Nice to sit outside on decent weather days. Though can obviously get busy on fine weekends; especially al fresco. Food is doable everyday nosh. Prices are not bad for the area. Staff are hit and miss, but generally pleasant. Might need a bit of future refurbishment given the area's clientele expect decent quality, though compared to many cruddy places, it's not by any means bad.

It’s a shame this place used to be really nice. The service is still VERY friendly but the flavor of the food and the presentation has dramatically declined. It’s full of comfy couches and seats that look like they’ve seen better days. Huge selection of breakfast items with fresh juices made to order. Feels like a local favorite so it can be hard to find a table during peak hours.

I recently took my daughter to this restaurant for breakfast. She ordered breakfast tea and crushed avocado with poached egg on granary toast. I ordered the same but added bacon as an extra. The dish came with chilli flakes that you can add to your liking. I also had an Americano coffee with hot milk on the side. The food was delicious and the coffee was enjoyable as well. Popped in for a quick snack with my family. Service was very poor there appeared to be a lot of staff but no one seemed interested in taking our order. When they did they seemed confused about what was on their own menu. Our simple order (tea, cokes, cake) arrived over 15 25 minutes and many items were missing that we had to chase, when they did arrive the food was poor quality. We ended up cancelling some of the order as it was taking so long. For reference the place was half full on a weekday so not exactly peak time. I don’t know how this place survives with such poor service and food.

I'm familiar with this place, and on previous visits would have rated it as OK good food and service has declined since it opened though. I popped in today for a bite to eat and, sat down, and waited. After about 5 minutes I asked a young man clearing tables if it was still table service, he said it was, rather abruptly. I saw staff members at the back one appeared to be on a break (fair enough), one doing nothing, so I sat back down and waited. After a few more minutes I'd had enough and left, watched by the staff. No apology or explanation. I had wanted to email the company but no amount of searching yielded a website/ contact details. Shame, this place used to be good

This is a difficult one because I am a regular to K&P and have witnessed a gradual decline in what could be a great place. Location great, decor and seating okay, family friendly etc. But... One gets the sense that whoever owns the place is never/rarely there. One or two of the staff are great; smiling, attentive. Too many are surly, inattentive and have that special knack of looking anywhere other than at the tables and diners. And the food is mixed. Breakfast is great. Today’s lunch (jacket potato) was hard and stone cold; so cold it didn’t melt the butter that was on it. This would have/should have been obvious to the staff. But today’s real kicker.
