"typical Tuscan cuisine. for me first time to win: I know this place located a few meters from the winning square in the historic center. Small style and 80s though kept well and clean. also has a terrace with a very suggestive view of the olive tree. menu with traditional dishes. Florentine olive oil: Very well. excellent quality of meat. attentive and courteous service. right price. local underrated. It's not a tourist trap. ocito satisfied. recommended."

"We were immediately impressed by the beauty of the garden and the surrounding context. the villa was built in the xvii century by the will of Mr. rospigliosi later became pope clemente ix. as can be seen from the photos, the context is very elegant and recalls the historical period between 700 800. all this in clear contrast with the restaurant that rises in the underlying part the villa creating an effect of amazement and surprise. We start our lunch with the choice of the complete menu consisting of 13 courses, combining it with an excellent bottle of champagne and an impeccable barol (see photo). the menu from the name “for sharpening (as stones in a pond our dreams come to afloat)” exalts in several courses, especially in theentree the flavors, the gouits and the peculiarities of the botanists that surround the villa itself involving us in the total immersion of this experience with all our senses. as I often do for these restaurants I will not go into the detail of the dishes respecting the restaurant and the same chef, but I can only list my three favorites: cholembaccio tartare with turnip buds, oysters and onion powder burned hay rice and chamomile with warm pesto of goat and pecora jus and its sour milk animated to the mugnaia with spinach leaves and tip rella of stems (photos 3, last photo). professional and friendly staff, prepared and very nice meitre. experience we recommend to all. we will definitely return."

"Ma bellissimo posto !caspiterina curato nel.minimo particolare con una bellissima vista, il cibo è ottimo anche se la bistecca poteva essere cucinata meglio, si vede che manca di esperienza chi l'ha cotta e condita. la pizza non l'ho assaggiata ma i ragazzi l hanno finita in un batter d'occhio quindi credo sia stata buona Erano un po sprovvisti di dessert ma può capitare quando per cena hai tanti coperti da servire Mi è piaciuto molto ci tornerò di sicuro. Di voto gli do un bel 8 pieno Buonappetito a tutti"

"People improvising a refresher! Arrived at 20.30 we wait an hour for a big Coco appetizer that had nothing: 20 euros for three half slices of raw, 3 mini slices of salami, two triangles of pecorino, a meatball, a bruschetta with tomato, and marinated zucchini. Obviously the wine (only rubbish and bad and well 10 euros a liter in caraffa) arrived after. A distance of more than another hour of the other courses not even from the binoculars. I mean, at 10:30, we were always at the starter. In total in the garden we would have been 35 at most with only one guy in the hall. The location also deserves the visit but for the rest not even free. We went hungry, refusing to wait further, without even getting an apology. P.s. I had to ask for the discount the fork that didn't apply to me."
