We have visited Dinan many times and not been able to get into the Le Fleur de Sel.This time we were lucky. However we did not expect to wait 25 mins to even be given the menu or asked if we would like an aperitif. This is so unusual, having finally ordered the food was excellent although the service was still slow.

the menu offers a little of everything. We opted for the 30-euro package that included an entrance, a dish and a dessert or cheese. They immediately served us an entrance to spend time and a sublime cold red turnip soup. The dishes were good, generous and well presented. Try. a cider bottle for 14,50 euros and the tower is played. . the account has not reserved any surprises. on the table, you will also find a booklet with jokes and phrases full of spirit ... an extra touch of refinement of a place where there seems to be a culture of food.

We wanted a vegetarian option as a member of our group is a carrot muncher! Difficult to find in France but Fleur de Sel in Dinan was superb! Limited option of only one starter and one main but enough to satisfy the most ardent of herbivores. As for the rest of the group we had oysters, beef gravalax for starters and the main dish we chose the same of grilled fillet lemon sole which melted on the palateFor desert everyone chose the cheese board. Unlike other establishments where you are limited to a number of choices but at Fleur de Sel you can have as many varieties of cheese as you desire from the selection trolley.Service was friendly but of a high quality.
