I chose the cutters with real lemon clams and whisk of mullets. simply fantastic, the lemon was present, but perfectly balanced; without overtaking other flavors. my partner opted for fresh blueberries with porcini mushrooms, fresh blueberries and crispy speck of the Alto adige. And these very good ones. with our surprise, the blueberries matched very well with mushrooms and speck. as a second dish, we divided a chateaubriand of Piedmontese beef with roquefort cream, being quite large (about 800g.) we requested cooking blood. is served on a boiling ollare stone. so we could swallow it with the various types of cooking, since leaving it on the stone. cooking continued.
