Super nice staff, comprehension and available. Simple and affordable cuisine. And the location in the neighborhood is pretty nice.

At the bottom of stairs leading to Sacre Coeur, but away from the crowds, nice little bar/restaurant for lunch. Not much of a view but reasonable menu and good prices. Speisekarte ansehen

Recently renovated friendly cafe with specials each day, jazz most weekends. A pleasent place to spend some time relaxing after walking up (and back down) to Sacre Coeur.

I know that rib-eye steak has fat running through it but this was 80% fat and gristle and the little bit of meat that there was tasted not very nice and burnt in places, even though I asked for it to be cooked medium. The hand cooked chips were fine.The waiter was not exactly friendly and we could not wait to leave.

Young crowd and locals, sipping drinks on the terrace, weather permitting. No view besides cars zipping by. Food is basic French but tasty. Sometimes couscous. The last time I checked, they offered both fixed price menus for lunch but, interestingly, also for dinner. There, you can definitely dine on a budget if you do not imind a bland decor. We came in because we were attracted by the couscous menu. My husband ordered steak and he was disappointed. But my daughters and I ordered couscous and we loved it, so much that we came back twice during our two week vacation in Paris.The décor is very simple and there is no view, but the service is very friendly, especially for Paris' standards!Would definitely recommend.

This is one of a whole slew of average eateries on the North side of the Butte Montmartre. Ventured in here recently on a very warm evening. The outside tables are off the road-side, which is a big plus. The food is, as the French say, "correct" - nothing fancy or breathtakingly good, but everything we had was more than acceptable. The staff were all extremely friendly and the prices very reasonable, especially when compared to many of the other nearby trendy watering holes.

My husband and I ate here a few times during our honeymoon in Paris. It was just a few yards down the road from our apartment which made it super convenient after long days of sightseeing and the food was fairly priced and delicious. We had the house couscous a few times which is served in generous portions accompanied by a savory vegetable soup and a perfectly cooked serving of meat of your choice; I tried the lamb and the beef and both were delicious. We also had the cheeseburger with salad and fries, which was just fabulous, perfectly cooked and delicious.
