"The restaurant "La manufacture des Karantes" was the heart of my day stay in Narbonne-Plage. atypical in its cozy setting and unlike the majority of other restaurants with their endless menus which sadly prespend frozen and/or "micronized" products the factory offers fresh products in a very short, but very successful card. no more or home dishes including burgers. all this divinely elaborated. I chose the karantes burger and I really enjoyed myself. I am a real burgers amateur and I have often had the experience of the rather classic burgers who sometimes have the same taste. Here it wasn’t the case, I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste of each item proposed in the burger: chutney that brings softness with a very light cinnamon taste, nuts that give crisp, zucchini tagliatelles that bring marrow, confit oignions, tomatoes, pickles, coppa and county have made that cegering homemade fries and a pretty salad not decorative, as often happens, but made with as much care and taste as the rest) have completed the dish. The selection of local wines must also be highlighted. a pretty red "The slap of the estate The Angel (syrah, grenache, carignan) fruity and relatively light contributed to the perfect deal with my delicious dish. In short, without pretension, without chichi, a very warm and human service and very good dishes, these two professional artists: alexia (sculpator) and jean paul (photographer) have been able to make this address one of the prettiest I visited in Narbonne-Plage. Just by on the off chance and a lovely man squeezed us in. The food was absolutely delicious. I had a Poké Bowl and my husband the Karantes burger, both were oozing with flavour. To finish…..the best Cafe Gourmand I’ve had.

Super repas en arrivant en vacances. Endroit très convivial et cuisine très bonne. Les enfants se sont partagé un hamburger très copieux, et nous avons pris un tartare et un hamburger. Les goûts excellents et surprenants sont au rendez-vous ! À bientôt

Arrived by chance, very nice surprise in this little restaurant. The reduced card is fresh. Poké bowl and Karantes burger were excellent and great seasonings! Organized by two welcoming artists, there is a very pleasant moment with a background music (we it was Brazilian) that is instead. I highly recommend. Speisekarte ansehen

Visited this lovely restaurant art Gallery on the recommendation of our air bnb host! It was amazing We had a fantastic meal accompanied by lovely local wines at a very reasonable price. The owners were very friendly and hospitable making every effort for us to enjoy our evening. We would definitely recommend a visit and hope to return ourselves very soon !

I recommend this place, delicious cuisine, warm welcome and burgers to fall! the poke bowl is also to be tested, it's a treat!I specify that you shouldn't confuse this restaurant cvec that next to it, the bacchus which is a place to avoid since the new stewardship (cold reception, disspect of the staff at large anything)! they had the chance to gather positive opinions from the karting factory because many people confused the restaurant on trip advisor.
