After years of travel in Italy I must say that I had the best meal ever at this restaurant. I had at least 10 different dishes and each one was excellent. I understand the chef was recently interviewed for his ingenuity and use of local foods. BRAVO!!!!!

Had a wonderful anniversary dinner at this lovely place. After an antipasti of cheeses and ham, we decided to follow the waiter’s recommendation of three different pastas which were all delicious! Stayed in Rieti on a Saturday night the centre of the old town was very lively. On the recommendation of our host, we visited La Piazzetta. Language was a bit of a problem, but we ended up with fantastic dishes including a local pasta and grilled chicken. We did not have the capacity to try all the dishes but wished we could it was delicious. The waiter and chef were super friendly. And the cost ended up at only 25 Euros. Highly recommended!

My wife and I ate lunch here on the recommendation of the young English speaking tour guide for Underground Rieti, and we 're so glad we came. No menu, as usual: I told the waiter I eat no meat, my wife eats everything, and that we just wanted pasta. Well, he said I 'll prepare something for both of you. I got a half carafe of a good Montepulciano Abruzzi, which seems to be the standard red wine in this part of Italy. Out came a small platter with single size portions of three kinds of pasta, one with meat and truffle, one gnocchi with zucchini, and one a kind of wildly shaped gnocchi with a tomato sauce.
