"We dine my daughter and I tonight and everything started well welcomed by a charming young man then a lovely young waitress served us delicious entrance and then the hot dish. I chose the fish but I had the unpleasant surprise to find a hair. Discretely I inform the waiter, who tells me that he is amazed because in kitchen nobody has of it. Then the manager asks me why I didn’t eat so I told her that I found a hair she just told me that it could happen. No excuses. The attitude is limited. We will not return. Too bad."

"We arrived at 8:00 with friends. we waited 10 minutes to be welcomed to be installed at a table. Once sitting, it took at least 20 minutes for someone to take the order, once we had claimed it.
