Dalla scelta della materia prima alla presentazione del piatto un'esperienza da provare assolutamente. Ho scelto il menu gourmet di pesce, ogni portata abbinata al suo vino. Nonostante le portate sono tante, non ti senti appesantito, ho scoperto la leggerezza ed il gusto raffinato in un ambiente di classe.

eccellente esperienza sensoriale. il termine immagine piuttosto che il flusso non è più appropriato. ) combinazioni di oche insolite, fresche e armoniose al palato. anche l'eccellente foie gras. dessert sublime: Raccomando ciliegie con gelato al latte. cantina ricca e raffinata. personale preparato e posizione di classe.

It was a while I had not visited Sprelunga , a nice and classy restaurant famous for its Seafood . I had again the raw seafood platter and it was delicious . As a second course I had a delicious Al dente paste with clams Cacio cheese and Pepper . Alone this plate deserves 3 stars in the Michelin Guide. we went back on sept to eat mushroom-based meals, after some months. As for every quality place, lockdown has changed a little: spaces were large and so now. we chose a good sparkling berlucchi (NOT the bad one in supermarkets.. and a mushroom-bases dinner, fried and with fish. Quality and service s usual were fine. A bad note about people: on Wednesday I do not understand why people speak aloud: it's disturbing and not polite. What to say? Surely a fine dinner, probably lasting too much (3 hours), with 6-7 different dishes. Nice location, rather roomy, attentive staff, remarkable wine list (although a bit too expensive, to my standard). But at the end of the evening, what's left behind? Probably only the calamari on the pumpkin chowder with chestnut. The spaghetti with peanut pesto, tastless. The grilled cod didn't fit well with Verona celery. The shrimps and mushroom tempura, frankly too oily. Big expectations, extreme combinations not really matching. At least to my taste...

This restaurant is located in Seveso, in a beautiful villa outside the centre of the town. The parking is a bit difficult because the space for cars is very little. We used a coupon from Groupon so the price was average, but usually here the prices are very high. Everything here has a value, in fact already the ambient is pretty precious. The main dining room is big and lovely but I think the garden to be the gem of the restaurant: it’s very quiet with a few well placed tables and one unique atmosphere.
