"that has turned out to be a wonderful surprise! my partner and I stayed an dinner while at the metford centre at one night, and I admit that I had gone with quite low expectations (one of my previous shopping center restaurants had ever had gone well before/were just from the need to please a group) but that ended my socks out! we were hit at the door and sitting right away. our server was a very pleasant woman who took our drinks food orders in time, and we did not have to wait long for our meal • their vegan/gluten-free offers were quite limited, but we could share the paella for two, it was absolutely beautiful! full of color and taste, it reminded us both of a dish with love home, and proved to be two more than enough food. it is actually a few weeks since our visit, but we are still talking about the paella that plans to visit again soon!"

great food here. Thursday/Sunday you can also seacat for up to 6 people. I started free. 1 per 1 dessert.

I wish I could rate this place higher but unfortunately the food didn't live up the expectations that I have of a Spanish tapas restaurant.

we came here on Saturday night and it was fantastic. we booked a table that was a good movement because the place was busy when we arrived. eating was really great and delicious. I would read the reviews and thought it would be, but it surpassed the expectations. the prices were reasonable, especially considering how good it was. we will go and I would also recommend them!

I have eaten regularly in la tasca when I lived in some places. I visited Australia was excited to go to my old favorite tapas place. what a terrible disappointment! order was wrong, no teller delivered, and we could not catch the eye of the waitress on love and money, although we really desserts (and only a few other diners in). then, after I had paid, I left constructive feedback, I realized that this was not applied to the bill.

they had me in the decor. it is so chic, so quirky and so Spanish! there is also a lot of space, and there is a dance floor in the cellar we decided to share some tapas (natural) and a paella de mariscos. the kalamari and the king garnels were pretty good and their dives were delicious. Although the salsa chicken wing didn't feel right for me, it tasted like another sea dish, and I was quite disappointed, but it could be just me. they serve him in the huge plate (they say two can share, but I can even bet three, we have). it was really well done and the marine food fillings of king prawns, tinted fish, white fish were absolutely perfect! I fear that our first response was not excessively enthusiastic and this served mainly by the ugly reminding of badly executed Spanish tapas in dry and tired environment, but that was a long time ago (during my student years) at a far away place (sheffield). in all seriousness in my head were la tasca in the same holding as other mass market blande restaurants that were their over processed ingredients microwaves and were half a step away from the almost food category. also from the first invitation, although it seemed that la tasca was thrilled to escape this picture, and it was with this glamour of hope in our hearts we will spend for our preview evening.

"I've been to a couple of different Dishoom branches a few times and have never been disappointed by the breakfast options. The sausage naan roll is excellent. A couple of really tasty vegan sausages with some melted vegan cheese all wrapped up in a lovely soft naan and served with some sort of sweet chilli dipping sauce. My go to now is usually the vegan Bombay. It's a good hearty breakfast plate with... a couple of the same well seasoned vegan sausages. Some vegan tofu akuri a nicely spiced tofu scramble. Some very well cooked mushroom slices (that are maybe a wee bit under seasoned). The baked beans are really nicely spiced, elevating them far beyond the standard sweet sauce fare that's the usual. A few slices of well flavoured black pudding (that could be fried to being a bit crispier). A cooked tomato which is a bit dull, I've never been keen on tomatoes on my breakfast plate and this once has not changed my mind. It could do with some more charring and maybe some spicing. To help you mop everything up, the whole thing is served with a couple of soft bread buns that have been nicely toasted. I usually top the whole thing off with some chocolate chai with oat milk you get free refills for your chai. Unfortunately, it isn't wheelchair accessible. There are stairs up into the restaurant and various small flights of stairs to get to different parts of the restaurant. Updated from previous review on 2024 03 25"
