We spent a weekend at the hotel the wave and enjoyed an exceptional evening thanks to the cuisine of the chef akhara chay! We savored signature dishes like foie gras on a bed of japon beads and consumed with dashi to fall! or the lacquered sea wolf, grilled with sweet potato ravioli and ginger ... the taste buds travel! the experience is complemented by a very treed terrace, a very attentive service and the pleasure of greeting the chef who comes to your meeting at the end of service.
