A restaurant that bears its name, from entries to desserts, the chef offers you a real bouquet of flavors from the South, Spain and the Basque Country. The restaurant room is human-sized and the very educational service on the composition of the dishes.

Good culinary experience but wasted by the time between the dishes (3h30 for entry, dish, desert) and especially the not taken into account allergies, while we had been warned by telephone and when we arrived. So we're not sure we're going back. Too bad. Speisekarte ansehen

En écoutant France Bleue qui souvent donne des adresses de restaurant. J'y suis allée manger en famille. C'est le chef qui vous accueille et qui vous sert, caque plat servi est décrit par son créateur. C'est un délice pour le palais et tout est léger et non bourratif. C'est une merveille Merci au chef de nous avoir régalé. Et merci à France Bleue pour cette adresse.

Coming from Alsace for a weekend, we spent an excellent time at the tasting workshop. Beatrice charming person who knows how to put, through his pasion and culinary knowledge, the dishes cooked by the chef. The presentation of the plates is perfectly executed and enhanced by the explanations of Beatrice. We will come back with great pleasure and we recommend this very good address.

I recommend this restaurant with Chef Garcia Stephane. We traveled and danced our taste buds throughout the meal. The dishes are as beautiful as they are. What do I say? Thanks again to the leader and his team for this evening. A special mention also for the person who served us. Don't change it was fabulous!
