L'Absinthe - Speisekarte

We ate here for our 5th wedding anniversary so were looking for something special. This restaurant really lived up to our expectations. The food was wonderful and the service spot on.

Premium food and excellent service in this restaurant. The food is top grade (seafood, fish and meat). Wine are well-chosen and the selection of their cave is for every taste in white and red.

we did not have a reservation but they fitted us in ,starters were very nice and the main dish of fish was very good. staff were friendly we were not rushed despite the restaurant filing up quickly

Well presented and delicious food. Good ambiance even though we were inside and it was summer. The restaurant was popular and seemed to cater for children as well as sophisticated adults. One of the better restaurants in Honfluer.

Our 1st of 3 nights in Honfleur we had dinner at L'Absinthe. The set menu of 32 euros was absolutely delicious, really good value and great service. The passion fruit and mango soufflé was so good that we returned for dinner on our 2nd night too! Thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Business diner but all guests around the Table chose a set menu, which was great experience.Dishes are well presented, tasty , mix of traditionnal French cuisine and modern plate presentation.Wine list is large and Sommelier was helpfull to make us decide on the wine selection.Recommend a ST VERAN from Collovray & Terrier.

This was a fantastic dining experience,. From the moment of entering the restaurant to leaving it was absolutely impeccable. The service was superb, friendly & expedient. The food was outstanding. They have a few prix five options or a la carte. We tried three of their prix fixe options all were amazing. If you near Honfleur & care for delectable dining come here.

We went for a meal here on my 60th birthday and I was certainly not disappointed! We chose from the Erik Satie menu and had the duckling followed by the mango and passionfruit souffle with ginger ice cream. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. I do not normally eat desserts but I am very glad I made an exception on this occasion - the souffle was to die for!Service was efficient and friendly too.Not the cheapest place to eat in Honfleur but a real treat for a special occasion.

We decided for a this restaurant for it's 2-fork Michelin recommandation, nice location and excellent service... and were not disappointed !Top french "savoir vivre" and exceptional service with personalized approach, take your time and go for the specialities, this experience deserves a nice champagne at opening , followed by a great wine (remarkable wine-card by the way !)...Certainly not for every day but most worthwhile for a true gastronomic experience :-)Terminate your dinner with an Armagnac and enjoy the brilliance of the eyes of your lover !DanielD, Brussels
