A beautiful trip to Cajarc in Lotoise. Flats that follow with always a gustative surprise. Thank you so much to the Chef and his wife who sublimate the products of this beautiful region by integrating their personal touches.

We have known for years the Allée des vignes, we go there once every year during our summer holidays, since their opening, we have seen the evolution of their cuisine which was already very tasty. A meal in love, the service is very well, with little care... And what to say a treat, mix of flavors, refinements and quality products the terrace is always as pleasant. Next year for a new gustative trip full of surprises.

experience not at the height of the article published in the magazine of the Collectors; surprise menu served in 5 services (egg, 2 fish, cheese cheesecake sweet, dessert) no allergy reported but no fish fan (I would have preferred 1 fish 1 meat) ! The glass of wine served up to a small third and the nail of the meal, with the coffee a tiny mignardise to choose from 3 offered (not very nice for gourmets) otherwise service and perfect welcome

A rare pearl in the Lot I highly recommend. You are warmly welcomed by the leader and his team. The terrace is pleasant and the staff is coming, professional and listening. They know their profession and know what is in the plate.Two evening menus are offered. One gastronomic, the other more reasonable. I chose the first one. A succession of delicious dishes made me forget the time that passes. The bar and black pork breast win the palm. The other dishes are also excellent. The magret, although its preparation is impeccable, is less surprising. All is accompanied by a delicious wine recommended by a sommelier. The bill for everything is at the height of a largely unforgettable experience.

We had the pleasure of discovering this table during our summer holidays. I would start with the welcome that immediately plunged us into the atmosphere of a starry thanks to the professionalism of the staff and their propensity while making us comfortable. From our arrivals, we are impressed by the presence of a brasero, on which, the Chef and his team work, we enjoyed being able to watch the preparation of some dishes. We opted for the 9-step menu that was a real culinary experience from start to finish, made of fine dishes very nicely erect, and served with always as much elegance. Each meal is an invitation to travel, the chef sublimates his creations with sauces for some of his country...

Between the exceptional setting and the excellence of the dishes it is difficult to find a fault! First of all we discover a welcoming stone terrace decorated with plants, pleasant even under the summer heat. The brasero is out on the terrace with a real culinary show especially for gambas flambées de l'amuse mouth. Throughout the stages, we discover plates full of surprises both at the level of culinary techniques and taste associations. The cooking of fish and meat is perfectly controlled, and the sauces bring an originality while having a texture and a taste of great accuracy.
